\u662f\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u500b\u4eba\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u798f\u7949\u7684\u793e\u6703\u548c\u7d93\u6fdf\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7a69\u5b9a\u6216\u53ef\u8ca0\u64d4\u7684\u4f4f\u623f\u3001\u7121\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u5065\u5eb7\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u7121\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u4ea4\u901a\u3001\u7d93\u6fdf\u7dca\u5f35\u548c\/\u6216\u5931\u696d\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4eba\u8eab\u5b89\u5168\u3002.<\/p><p><strong>\u793e\u6703\u7167\u8b77\u7db2\u8def (SCN) \u9818\u5c0e\u5be6\u9ad4\u8ca0\u8cac\u5354\u8abf HRSN \u670d\u52d9\u7684\u7db2\u8def\u548c\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 data-id=\"1cca30e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>OHIP \u8a02\u5b9a\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4ee5\u6c7a\u5b9a Medicaid \u6703\u54e1\u662f\u5426\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u63a5\u53d7\u7279\u5b9a\u3001\u4ee5\u5be6\u8b49\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684 HRSN \u670d\u52d9 (\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4f4f\u5c4b\u652f\u63f4\u3001\u71df\u990a\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u3001\u7167\u8b77\u7ba1\u7406)\uff0c\u4e26\u4f7f\u7528 Medicaid \u8cbb\u7528\u5831\u92b7\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7372\u88dc\u511f\u7684 HRSN \u670d\u52d9\u7a31\u70ba\u5f37\u5316 HRSN \u670d\u52d9\u3002\u5df2\u78ba\u5b9a HRSN \u4f46\u4e0d\u7b26\u5408\u7279\u5b9a\u8cc7\u683c\u6a19\u6e96\u7684 Medicaid \u6703\u54e1\u5c07\u88ab\u5f15\u5c0e\u81f3\u7531\u5148\u524d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u5dde\u3001\u806f\u90a6\u53ca\u5730\u65b9\u8a08\u5283\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684 HRSN \u670d\u52d9\u3002.<\/p><p>NYHER 1115 Waiver \u8a08\u756b\u4e0b\u53ef\u5831\u92b7\u7684\u5f37\u5316 HRSN \u670d\u52d9\u6db5\u84cb\u56db\u500b\u985e\u5225\uff1a<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element \u7ba1\u7406\u5f0f\u8b77\u7406\u6703\u54e1\u63d0\u4f9b\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4e26\u900f\u904e NYHER \u88dc\u511f\u9019\u4e9b\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u8cbb\u7528\u3002\n\n\u5982\u9700 NYHER \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u5c45\u5bb6\u652f\u63f4\u7684\u8a73\u7d30\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6c23\u5598\u88dc\u6551\u5f37\u5316\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u8acb\u6309\u4e00\u4e0b <a
