Medicaid dolarlar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak geri \u00f6denen belirli, kan\u0131ta dayal\u0131 HRSN hizmetlerini (\u00f6rne\u011fin, bar\u0131nma destekleri, beslenme, ula\u015f\u0131m, bak\u0131m y\u00f6netimi) almak i\u00e7in Medicaid \u00dcyesinin uygunlu\u011funu belirlemek i\u00e7in kriterler belirler. Bu geri \u00f6demeli HRSN hizmetlerine Geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f HRSN Hizmetleri ad\u0131 verilir. HRSN'leri belirlemi\u015f ancak belirli uygunluk kriterlerini kar\u015f\u0131lamayan Medicaid \u00dcyeleri, \u00f6nceden var olan eyalet, federal ve yerel programlar taraf\u0131ndan sunulan HRSN
