Ces services HRSN rembours\u00e9s sont appel\u00e9s services HRSN am\u00e9lior\u00e9s. Les membres Medicaid qui ont identifi\u00e9 des HRSN mais ne remplissent pas les crit\u00e8res d'\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiques seront orient\u00e9s vers les services HRSN fournis par des programmes pr\u00e9existants au niveau de l'\u00c9tat, f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et local.<\/p><p>Les services HRSN am\u00e9lior\u00e9s remboursables dans le cadre du programme d'exemption NYHER 1115 couvrent quatre cat\u00e9gories :<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b3a4004 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"b3a4004\"
