Les RCS doivent former des partenariats, organiser et coordonner un r\u00e9seau, payer les prestataires de services HRSN, faciliter le partage des donn\u00e9es et mettre en place une \u00e9quipe de \u00e0 l'aide de l'outil de d\u00e9pistage HRSN des communaut\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 responsables (AHC) et une navigation vers les services HRSN.<\/li><li>Cr\u00e9er une visibilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e de
