B. Unterst\u00fctzung beim Wohnen, Ern\u00e4hrung, Transport, Pflegemanagement) haben, die mit Medicaid-Mitteln erstattet werden. Diese erstatteten HRSN-Leistungen werden als Enhanced HRSN Services bezeichnet. Medicaid-Mitglieder, die HRSNs identifiziert haben, aber nicht die spezifischen Anspruchskriterien erf\u00fcllen, werden zu HRSN-Diensten geleitet, die von bereits existierenden staatlichen, bundesstaatlichen und lokalen Programmen erbracht werden.<\/p><p>Die im Rahmen des NYHER 1115 Waiver Program erstattungsf\u00e4higen erweiterten HRSN-Dienste umfassen vier
